It's worth seeing. It definitely makes up a lot of the ground lost by Episodes I and II. Most of the flaws I've seen people mention, I agree with on some level; Anakin turns too quickly, definitely; the romantic dialogue is amateur, but thankfully there's not much of it, and so on and so forth, but dammit, I enjoyed this almost as much as I enjoyed the original trilogy.
