Did my 5k in 21:16.00 tonight. Might even have made a 21 flat if I'd not had to stop for traffic and had paced myself a little better at the start, plus I got a hint of a stitch at about 2.5k that I may have been deliberately sandbagging to avoid. On the other hand I was completely out of juice on the home stretch and couldn't even rise to a decent sprint. But now I have NEW record to beat!

Oh yeah, I didn't actually break myself in any way other than being a bit knackered at the end of the run. Like, lying on the floor for five minutes.
