• On rereading, the video store moment doesn't read right - mainly cos I left most of it out, but also because you can't see the inflection on my line. So here it is reproduced more accurately:
  
  SC: How about this movie? (holds up "Mona Lisa Smile")
  RW: Well, hmm, "Love Actually" is back down the other end of the store.
  SC: It is? Okay, so which chick flick do we want to watch?
  RW: I'm voting for "Love Actually"
  SC: Ok, you go fetch it then.
  RW: [wanders off, gets DVD, wanders back, hands over DVD, bowing slightly] Your chick flick, madam

While we were in the pub last night, Bob took a mostly-candid (in that I knew he was fiddling with the damn thing) shot of me with my phone. It's not a bad photo given that by the time it was taken I was starting to feel the effects of staying up partying until 5am, sleeping for six hours, then driving the width of the country (less maybe 50 miles).
