I should really just uninstall Flash. I spend far too much time tooling around with Flash games.

Farenheit 9/11

I just watched the trailer for Farenheit 9/11. I can't say I'm as bowled over as various websites and whatnot have suggested I should be; maybe it's because it's not revealing anything new to me. I'm also fairly certain that the bulk of its viewers will be composed of the people who agree with Moore, since those who disagree will be too busy protesting outside the theatre to actually go watch it.

My 10k run is now mysteriously 9.88. Anyway. I tried a few sprints on this run, so I have 9.88km, pretty much bang on 36 minutes, top speed 36.8kph, average 16.5kph. Not bad for a run that includes two public beaches, several road crossings, and today, a flight of steps.

Scrubs season 3 finale

Meh. Looks like Scrubs has chosen to follow the Ross/Rachel meme a little more closely than I'd hoped they would. The season finale largely ended on a downer, to be honest, which was rather a shame.
