So this, I presume, is the same guy as tongodeon posted the assembled quicktime of a couple of years back: four years of persistent training. The thing is, I'd agree with the guys who are saying he overdid it. In the later photos in particular he looks overweight-with-muscle instead of just muscled. Of course, the bit that has me giggling is "No picture this month. Recovering from hernia surgery". Guess he bit off a little more than he could chew back then...
