Mostly, "Bowling for Columbine" didn't give me a whole lot except a sense of mild irritation at Mike Moore, much the same as "Stupid White Men" did - he's like one of these people who's doing something that in its individual parts isn't exactly wrong, per se, but you feel uneasy with the assembled whole and you can't say why[1]. If you're a geek, think Microsoft. I learned a few facts, but I'd picked up a lot of them elsewere, so. One thing that did make me sit up and go "huh?" was the comment that one of the two Columbine shooters had a little, shall we say, diary of terror in which he'd mentioned the idea of flying planes into buildings.

[1] Yes, I know. There are some falsehoods and such in the "documentary". The complaints I've seen about that to date are pretty lame, to be honest.

Gearing up to lean on Iran. What intrigues me here is the disconnect between the headline and the opening paragraph - the headline suggests a UN-led initiative, while the opening paragraph suggests the US is second-guessing the IAEA.

We don't have a DMCA just yet.

Actually, that's a lie. Irish copyright law is currently harsher than the DMCA - or at least, that's my recollection from the last time I went digging.

I have been invaded by Canada.

Well, an advance party of one, anyway.
