That song quiz thing
Dec. 9th, 2002 04:27 pmActually, I did find a song that has some emotional hooks for me - Fun Lovin' Criminals' "We are all very worried about you" from the 100% Colombian album. There's something about the combination of the music and Huey's lyrics that really hits me sometimes. Especially if I'm already on a downer.
While I'm on the subject of FLC, I decided to check out some lyrics that I wasn't clear on - they pepper their songs with a lot of local or in references, and I don't know many of 'em. So I did a little google searching and turned up a few lyrics sites and good god. What's the business model for a site that provides someone else's lyrics reprinted without permission AND incorrectly? Some of this crap didn't even make sense, and apparently that's okay by the site editors/collators/whatever.
