Yay! Boo!

So I managed to haul my ass downstairs this morning in time to catch the Cameroon v. Ireland match, and lo and behold if we didn't look like a world class team in the second half, scoring a goal after only a few minutes of play. Unfortunately, we'd let one in towards the end of the first half, so we ended up with a 1-1 draw rather than a book-upsetting win. Still, the team did magnificently and I'm quite pleased I managed to be concious for the game.

Then I went to check my email and discovered that my laptop screen appears to have tanked again. ARGH. More swings and roundabouts with the fun folk from Compaq ahead, dammit.
