Oh the humanity
Well, yes, my boss was fiddling with the database on Friday. But that's not what caused the problem. What caused the problem was a change I made, although not directly. I modified a source-controlled file so that it would send pager messages to a new (correct) address, and installed it. Unfortunately, the source-controlled version and the previously installed version were not the same, and I overwrote some changes that one of the other developers had made. Of course, it's at least partly her fault for not using the source control, dammit.
Still, I am happy. My 5 Kevin Smith DVDs turned up today. These are real fanboy DVDs; there's almost enough deleted scenes to make another two movies. Plus commentaries and all sorts of other fun stuff.
