Nope. I spent several months looking as the market slid further and further beyond my reach. Currently it's about 20K out of my reach, plus my savings have been somewhat dented by having to shell out huge rent on the current digs.
Oh, I see. (Sorry, I didn't mean to sound abrupt; I just woke up.) Will you be moving far? Similarly-sized place? Moving is so totally my least favorite thing ever. I feel your pain.
Well, I gotta find a place first. I have no intention of moving far, though. According to "experts", moving house is the second most stressful thing that can happen to you, the most stressful being bereavement. However, I will refer you to the Learned Doctor Dave Halgren, who once said: "...remember this is waider you're talking to, he'd be mellow if you dropped an anvil on his nuts and forgot to apologize."
