One of the banks said they were unhappy with the downward trend in my bank account. Heck, I'm unhappy about that too. However, paying 800/mo on a mortgage instead of 1200/mo on rent would correct that problem very quickly, which fact they appear to have overlooked. Mortgage Pusher is going to bring this to their attention, but I've got two other banks willing to play ball as-is.
