Well my my, we so nearly did it today.But it wasnt until they scored their 4th try that we started to play forward rugby.This is the secret and if I and my 5 irish American friends can see it so shpuld Eddie. It was so obvious that our forward were brilliant but O driscoll did not , repeat, DID NOT, help matters in this game. The man lacks humility judging from post match interview with Tracy Pigott who (nice Girl) does not really know Rugby. Brian you were abominable ,son,and your passing cost us the match really. You ran too much instead of keeping the ball and letting the forwards set up the next phase. Phase after phase is what this Irish team should be about from now on and finally at 60 mins or so we realised it. Kidney must have been looking at it and thinking " I could have made them play this type of rugby early on ". ALAS i hope Eddie does not revert to type and be less controlled against the Scots.
