I've been trying to figure out where it is. I think Limerick puts name signs on the roundabouts like the green one under the black and yellow left pointing sign on the roundabout.

Airport Road Roundabout. I was looking at that last night myself. I know the Waterford city/airport route has recently been redone as well and would have some new signage.
