Interviews (5 of) went well, but I've got a third phone screen coming up and they asked me to read up on a bunch of stuff they thought I was weak on. I don't know if this is "you need this stuff if you want to work for us" or "we want to see how fast you can learn this stuff" or "if you know your way around this stuff, we've a different job in mind for you; if you don't we'll hire you according to our previous plan". So. I am studying.
Typically they are interested in you and would like you to have a looksie at this new shit and from that grasp not your interest in the new shit, but your actial commitment to getting this job.
