Scotland did better than I expected: Italy won (2-0, both goals direct from free kicks), but they didn't humiliate us. Still, we've now played 4 games and scored only one goal; if we get things together a bit we might overhaul Belarus to finish 4th in the qualifying group. It's not a good time to be a Scotland fan.
