We beat England at rugby today. Identical score to when we beat them last year, too. It wasn't a great win, but at the end of the day (to use a phrase so popular with the commentators) it's the scoreline at the end of the match that counts, not how it was reached.

A good weekend all round: you beat the English, and we somehow scraped past Italy. If you can beat the French next weekend, the final match against Wales could be quite special.

I gotta say, it was good to see an Irish defence that didn't give. The try we let through was a shame, but that last twenty minutes of blocking the English attack was awesome.
