In regards to "ascott and HWRNMNBSOL", that's agarcia, not ascott. I do not believe ascott has attended a T.BOB, although taking a road trip to Oregon in order to track him down has been somewhere in the back of my mind for a while now.
The unidentifieds in the second picture look like Chris Adams (or possibly Eric Scheirer) and ljd to me. I think "Crisper's Dad" is actually his stepdad. The chin in the Boutell-Atari picture looks like Pete's.
You're looking at the wrong hat - the one I was commenting on is actually cropped from the picture, and I hadn't realised (I did the captions from the originals rather than the website images).
And I don't think ljd was at HOTT.BOB, because I'm pretty sure that FROST.BOB II was the first place I ever met him.
