web 2.0: it's all about making sure everyone knows you updated your blog.

I thought it was vaguely amusing that people posted to Twitter that they'd updated their blog. Now I see you can have the Web do it for you. It's like RSS only... uh, I can't actually complete this sentence.

It ain't much, but I call it my target

5 miles, 40 minutes. I'm running in an actual race next month and this is exactly what I want to do, even if it only means (going by last year's times) that I'll be in the 600-700s of a 2000-entrant race. Even my 5k time was pretty much bang on 25 minutes. Hurrah for 5-minute kilometres!
