The advert for the place I'm seeing this evening said, "available immediately". While I understand our traditional relationship with timekeeping, I didn't quite expect "immediately" to translate to "October 29th".
For someone who lives in a nation that thinks "presently" means "some time in the future" rather than "some time in the present", you're awfully picky about this temporal thing.
Will your current landlord let you pay for just one more month, or are you about to be either signed into another lease or out on the street? (Either of the latter two would suck...)
