Incoming phone calls are not accepted after 20.00 p.m., heating not allowed, any kind of noise forbidden and no T.V. in the house. No access to the living room although I might allow it on a one off basis, always upon request. Please, also note that tenant should pay for Gas and Electricity bills for any amount of money and for any period of time regardless of the fact of having made use of it or having lived in the house or not.
This is just the beginning. Just come to visit me and you'll have the great opportunity to find out the rest by yourself and live an unforgettable experience. I can guarantee a stay that will definitely make you feel like being at home and just for the incredible price of 650 EUR per month.

Double bedroom in luxury Apartment in Carysfort Hall off Carysfort Ave. 10 min walk from Blackrock Village & dart & bus stops. Sharing with non talkative lanlord (and possibly some other family members) with very rude, strange and pathetic manners and behaviour.Persons interested should be a professional, non smoking with tidy and meticoulous habits and preferably those who don't cook so that things don't get dirty afterwards. Also the least you talk the better because I am not the kind of person that gives much conversation as you will notice after living in the house for 2 or 3 days. Tenant should also be very patient and willing to accept anything.
