The bit that really caught my eye is the quote I pulled out from the Judge. "Sometimes you just ask the question". I mean, REALLY. For a parking violation, you ask the person if they're a terrorist?
Yeah, I noticed that too. It's like he can't decide if he was joking or not--and either way the question was in extremely poor taste, particularly from someone in a position of authority.

That poor woman. She shouldn't have to even try to justify herself like that. (For heaven's sake, I have Arabic music in my home. Sheesh.)
This kind of thing seems to happen in the more rural areas of New York state a lot.
