Congratulations on finishing sub-4 (and beating Sarah Palin), although I suspect (having looked up your results) that the result was not what you were hoping for. I also suspect (having seen the splits) that the last 10K was utter misery, so enjoy your recovery. I suggest lots of carb replacement therapy, the kind that comes in a pint glass. Ice baths or warm epsom salts are good, too.

Actually, my target time was 3:59:59.9999999, so I'm pretty pleased with myself. But definitely more details later, since right now I am focussing on getting myself to a restau where they will serve me the finest steak known to man. Or, well, any old piece of beef, really. I don't care, I'll eat it.
