website designers who should be fired

My alma mater has a pretty decent sports facility (alas, mostly developed after I graduated) but it looks like someone built the University Arena website on a machine inside the UL firewall, where its front page has access to some graphics that aren't available outside the firewall (I checked with a current student, it looks fine if you're on the campus network). This sort of thing was pretty much a recognised-and-solved problem about ten years ago (a few instances of "C:\MyWebsite\BigLogo.BMP" notwithstanding) so it's pretty appalling to see it so prominently on what is otherwise a fairly glossy brochure-like site.

updated: So it looks like this isn't actually a firewall thing after all; it's a Windows thing! (so much for my snarky C:\ comment...) - the broken images have a backslash in them where there should be a forward slash.

It's an Internet Explorer thing
