8 lousy seconds

Ok, well, closer to 9. 22:08.8, for 5k. I had been thinking about running a 5-miler but overpaced myself somewhat and got the beginnings of a stitch around 4k, so I decided to push for a good 5k time instead.

update: woot. that's actually a personal best by about 10 seconds. Go me!
