I got 99 problems but a stitch ain't one

In order to avoid death by running, I only did 5k tonight. My CALVES OF STEEL are now apparently CALVES OF LEAD, since it took me 29:35.87 to cover the 5k. I'm sure last night's "pub incident" didn't help, either.
