5k: 24:53:67. Wimpy enough time, even taking into account the fact that I was running a little slower due to having fallen on my ass last week and bruised myself pretty painfully. However, the big TA-DA! is the total distance: 8.58k, in 41 minutes 40 seconds. Yes, I have done a 5-mile run without dying. Go me!
