I want to get in a crowd on the evening news where I can get people to actually chant "Anti Government Slogans!"

Not actual anti-government slogans like "untimely loss of office to the mild mannered opressor" (although that would be pretty nifty), but the actual phrase "Anti Government Slogans!". (You've just got to mess with the reporter's heads.)
