to run or not to run
So I started running again at the start of February, and I've not been sticking to it as rigidly as I was before mainly due to social interaction, by which I mean the pub, and also various driving excursions. However, even without these distractions, I find myself torn between "screw it, you're never going to run a marathon" and "healthiness is GOOD especially if it makes you feel knackered for an hour". I think this evening the slacker may have the upper hand, as I've just scarfed a nice bowl of home-made spag. bolog. and while that sort of thing isn't conducive to jogging one's stomach around the block, it makes a great bed for a pint of guinness. Or maybe two.
