But I don't know what Diamhair means.

From its position it is an adjective. And I don't know enough Harry Potter to know what the title should be, so I cannot make an "educated" guess. However, I do seem to recall that one of the books had two titles: one for the UK (and hence Irish) market and one for the USAean market.
