I'd swear I just saw a spam email on a list I maintain with honest-to-god GREEKING as the body text. I can't check, because I was nuking spams at the time and it's already gone to that great bitbucket in the sky.
It's standard block of text used in layout and design that has a nice distribution of characters and word lengths. "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog" 100 times doesn't really give you a good idea how it will look, so people use this instead. Never seen it in a spam before though. Wierd.
