Apparently Il Papa has requested that he not be sent back to hospital, so I guess you won't get to follow up on the whole business of life preservation as you'd posted about some time ago.

Now that he has died, the Vatican can issue an extra €300,000 in coins this year. (It was originally set at €201,000 extra in the year of a papal death -- well, technically, in a year the Holy See became vacant -- but this was increased in October 2003.)

See, the Pope's death is aiding a dilution of the euro's value! His death is part of a plot on the part of the US Treasury to prop up the flagging dollar!
