make it stoooop!

I've had music from Smokey and the Bandit playing in my head for two days now.

East bound and down, loaded up and truckin'
We gonna do what they say can't be done
We've got a long way to go and a short time to get there
I'm east bound, just watch ol' 'Bandit' run

Keep your foot hard on the pedal
Son, never mind them brakes
Let it all hang out 'cause we got a run to make
The boys are thirsty in Atlanta and there's beer in Texarcana
And we'll bring it back no matter what it takes

East bound and down, loaded up and truckin'
We gonna do what they say can't be done
We've got a long way to go and a short time to get there
I'm east bound, just watch ol' 'Bandit' run...

Ol' Smokey's got them ears on
He's hot on your trail
He ain't gonna rest 'til you're in jail
So you got to dodge 'im and you got to duck 'im
You got to keep that diesel truckin'
Just put that hammer down and give it hell...

East bound and down, loaded up and truckin'
We gonna do what they say can't be done
We've got a long way to go and a short time to get there
I'm east bound, just watch ol' 'Bandit' run...

Go to Kazaa or Limewire or whatever you use to download...

When you have it up and running, type in Know Your Chicken - by Cibo Matto.

That will be stuck in your head and it is much cooler than the song stuck in your head currently. :-)

Hmm, I'm listening to it, and it's not working.

My dad and his college friends used to drive to texas to get coors and drink it all on the way back...

That's a long way to go for a pretty poor attempt at beer...

He tells me that in the 70s, american beer was even shittier than it is now, and Coors was good in comparision. Besides, Texas is only about five hours or so, and a good excuse for a roadtrip.
