I would just like to point out that if you have added me to your "friends" list and I have not reciprocated, or you've come here unattended and wondered if I have written things you can't see, that it's not worth worrying about. All this is transitory, and you should treat it as such.

Also, how else am I going to bitch about you to my "friends"?

You may wish to ponder the possibility that just because somebody adds you to their friends list, doesn't mean that they necessarily consider you a friend; it just makes it easier to read your posts.

Or, you may wish to show them your friends-locked posts, but not necessarily read what they have to say, by making a filtered group.

Yeah, it's not my fault there isn't a separate "mortal enemies I'm only watching in hopes of garnering some clues before they come after me in the middle of the night." It just all gets lumped in under "friends," leading to so much confusion.
