#1: writing a Perl tool to parse my web pages and reformat them into something both consistent and HTML 4.01 strict compliant. Currently mostly working; I'm looking at automatic feeding to the HTML validator at this point, and I need to get something to indent the pages for me as well.
#2: letting random people play with my jukebox, which is based on gronk, and can be configured to hang its arse out on the interweb for all and sundry to frob.
