video geekery question

I have a EPIA-V motherboard. It has a Video-In connector which I have a pinout for, a vague reference to a spec, and no other info. The spec is CCIR601, which any other reference I've looked at refers simply to pixel size or occasionally resolution, with no mention of such useful things as what the actual pins do, etc. The pinout for the connector, a simple 15+1-pin keyed header, is as follows (starting at pin 1, working up): GND, CVD0, CVD7, CVD4, CVD6, CVD5, CVHS, CVD2, CVD1, CVD3, CVVS, CVCLK, A_D30, [KEY], -GNT2, -REQ2. Now, I can guess at horizontal sync, vertical sync, clock, and ground. What the rest are I have no idea, but I'd really like to make use of this port if I can since it allows me to pump a digital video feed directly into the board. Anybody got clues, pointers, or that sort of thing?

I think that it might be some variant of the LVDS out for driving LCDs that they have on a lot of their boards, in that case it would be an output thing.

Try looking up 'LVDS Module' and see if something there matches what you have. IIRC, there's some sort of daughter card involved.

Bzzt, wrong. Thank you for playing anyway.

C'mon, I'm a frickin' GEEK. Do you think I'd confuse input with output AND post to the entire planet about it?

I'm sorry. Is that English, or some form of highly-abbreviated Gaelic I've never seen before.

Don't make me come over there.
