we're doomed
I love this. Rands writes about being doomed. It's so, so true. For six months at Motorola, my desktop wallpaper was a tiled, dark grey on black rendition of Søren's infamous "WE'RE DOOMED" poster from HOTT.BOB. To emphasise the point, I'd printed out the PostScript version of the same poster and stuck it to my whiteboard.
