New Laptop!

Yay! My new (work) laptop arrived today. Compaq Evo N600c, with 256MB RAM, a 1GHz processor, and a 18GB drive on board. Lots of other goodies, too. I ran the MadOnion.com 3DMark 2000 benchmark on it; my own laptop, an Armada 700 with a mere 450MHz processor, clocks about 500 3DMarks. This baby hit about 3200 3DMarks while downloading patches and running a SETI client. Woah. Scorchio, as they'd say on The Fast Show.
