motion redux

So, the landy STILL wanted to raise the rent; meanwhile I've identified that the going rate for similar-sized accomodation but in apartment format instead of house is about €200 less per month than I'm paying, so. Nice knowing you Dundela Haven. I'll be moving out in the middle of next month, barring sudden changes of fortune, etc.
