drink!

Useful information when working with CIFS.

Also, this is the first time I've used the title attribute of the HREF tag. Woo woo!

*looks at her milk-less, sugar-less, british tea out of a teabag.* Sigh. Teapot? in this house? Functional? You must be kidding. (Ice Tea, though, made out of crappy teabags is in abundance down here. We've even got an Iced Tea Pot from Mr.Coffee.)

That is the best appendix to a tech book ever.

There is, in fact, a British Standard for making tea. As in a document produced by the British Standards Institute, or BSI, who normally concern themselves with things like safety standards and suchlike.

They also have a standard for toast, which defines 18 different "shades" of toastiness.

18 shades of toastiness. Impressive.

Down here we drink so little tea that the first
time I had hot tea was actually when my mother and
I got a gift certificate to go to High Tea at one
of the ritziest hotels in New Orleans. I was 17.
