Via MetaFilter: Dick Gephardt expresses a desire, when he is president, to overrule the Supreme Court. It'd be funny if it weren't for the fact that the incumbent Attorney General has made gestures in this direction, apparently without any risk of being reined in.

Now that the Supreme Court has upheld affirmative action, I'm waiting for the President to declare that they're hiding WMD's, so he can go dissolve the Court once and for all.
