There's a huge difference between accidentally leaking a document intended for public consumption and leaking confidential data given in the expectation that it would remain confidential. Conflating the two, particularly in a way that trivialises very real data leaks simply to take a cheap shot at the Data Commission, is exceedingly poor judgement.
