So tomorrow I am doing a half-marathon.
It seems a lot more daunting when I put it like that, than if I merely think of it as "that last race I ran, plus three miles". I'm aiming for about 1h45m or under.
Tomorrow evening I expect to be in (a) some measure of pain, and (b) possibly a bar seeking relief for (a).
