Well, actually, another 4k to run. Tonight's run was about 12k, in about an hour, which is on target for my next "official" run, a 10-mile (16k) trip around the Phoenix Park on August 18th. I still haven't decided if I'm insane to be doing this, but I'm beginning to think I've at least got a chance of doing it without dying, so that's something.
