Joni Mitchell says she may never record again

10,000,000 MTV-raised vidiots say, "who?" (don't get me wrong, I want my MTV too)

Interestingly, I think David Geffen's reported comment in this article kinda proves her point a little.

Mitchell also hit out at MTV, complaining that her three-year-old granddaughter is already imitating dance moves she sees from the videos shown on the music channel.

WTF? Free clue -- if you don't like certain programming, don't let your damn kid watch it. Is attentive and responsible parenting really all that much to ask for? Alternately, if the kid's mom sees nothing wrong with her kid watching MTV, then Mitchell should take the issue up with the mom, not pointlessly whine.
