Word on the street is that Superchick (buy it closer to source from Easons) works well for Americans and Kiwis. Of course, my sample set is limited, so further investigation may be required. There's an extract on the publisher's website at the moment, but I don't know how long it'll stay around.

When I tried the publisher's link I got a lot of stuff headed by

System.Data.OleDb.OleDbException: System resource exceeded.

Oh dear. A friend of mine in the States who works for O'Reilly Associates and is, er, pretty widely read put a link to that site on his blog. I think he's broken the site by side-effect.
