My Star Wars boxed set arrived today. The embossed cover with the heros on it, well, enh. I think it's been enhanced a little. I don't recall Mark Hamill being that well built, and as for Carrie Fisher, well, she's certainly filling her dress a lot more than I recall...

i definitely remember the cheesecake poster from when star wars first came out. as a seven-year-old, i remember hating it and not really understanding why they'd do that.

curious thing about the boxed set i got -- for some reason i cannot determine, the scrolling text in tesb is en español. everything else is in english. very odd.

I was just looking at that boxed set in the store yesterday. I couldn't put my finger on what made it look slightly wrong but I decided that if I purchased the set I'd surely go with the box that had the embossed Darth Vader head on it.

I think you may find that's the same box - the Vader head's on one side and the heroes are on the other.
