Laws to ban "indecency" from the airwaves,
"Live" Grammy show to be run with "prolonged" broadcast delay. The latter makes it apparently ok for people to witness "indecency" first-hand, presumably because they'll not be subject to Television's Magical Powers Of Infiltration Into The Minds Of Young Children And Hysterical Adults. Oh, won't someone PLEASE think of the children?
