It's funny...like most nerdly things, I seem to be about halfway in between actual nerds and non-nerds. I can do the rapid-fire-task-switching-twenty-things-at-once thing, but I mostly only turn it on when necessary.
I often have the opposite problem--I have millions of things I know I want to look at, but I tend to get stuck in any one thing for too long if I actually look at it, so I don't. For example, if I go to fotolog, I know I'm going to end up wandering around it for an hour, so I don't go there as often as I really want to.
